SECOND SATURDAY at the WEST SACRAMENTO HISTORICAL SOCIETY MUSEUM AND VISITORS CENTER

The West Sacramento Art Guild in partnership with the West Sacramento Historical Society Museum and Visitors Center will host a Second Saturday event and reception at the museum on Saturday, June 14, 2008, from 4:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will highlight the arts of some West Sacramento Latino artists including performers playing Latin guitar music and a few individuals singing Latin songs kareoke style. Visitors will also be able to view artworks by local Latino artists and have an opportunity to view the progress of the OUR JOURNEY exhibit on Latinos in West Sacramento.

The museum is located at 324 Third Street in the Broderick district of West Sacramento and this event is free. Refreshments will be provided reflecting the theme for the evening.
