Grand Opening - Celebration of Sikh History in West Sacramento
On September 23, 2007, the museum opened the new exhibit to the public. City officials, members of the Sikh community and the general public enjoyed the opportunity to view and learn about the Sikh culture and history. Refreshments representing Sikh cuisine were provided. An unofficial survey of those who attended the event indicated an enthusiastic appreciation for the exhibit.
